McCall is a former black ops commando who has faked his death to live a quiet life in Boston. Animal Action
American Humane Association Certified Animal Safety Representatives™ were unable to directly supervise the animal action in The Equalizer due to limited resources. However, the production complied with all registration requirements, submitted a shooting script and relevant animal scheduling information and provided a pre- release screening of the film, as requested by American Humane Association.
